Pickup Information

Where is your pick-up location?

You can pick up your orders at 83 Malakas St., Brgy. Pinyahan, Diliman, Quezon City 1100.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 10:00AM – 7:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM – 3:00PM
*Due to the pandemic, our offline store is not open to public at the moment.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

  1. Choose any of our payment methods below.
  2. Settle your payment within 24 hours. Failure to comply will automatically cancel your order.
  3. Customers who opt for same-day delivery must settle the payment before 2:00pm on the same day.
  4. Once your payment has been settled please send proof of your payment to shop@minimall.ph and sales@pulp.ph with the following details:
  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Proof of Payment

What are your payment methods?

We accept payments through Debit/Credit Cards, Maya, GCash, GrabPay, and BDO Bank Transfer.

For BDO Bank Transfers:

  • Account Name: PULP Live Records and Publishing
  • Account Number: 0036 6009 8048

When is the deadline of the payment?

Once you receive your order invoice, please make sure to settle your payment within 24 hours. Failure to comply means automatic cancellation of your order/s.

After paying, where do I send my proof of payment?

Once your payment has been settled, please reply to the confirmation email that was sent to you from shop@minimall.ph.

What delivery options are available?

GoGo Xpress

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders have been shipped. It takes 2-3 days for Metro Manila delivery and 3-5 days for Provincial delivery.  However, due to the pandemic, delivery lead time may vary depending on the current situation of the destination. 

Pick-up Delivery (Grab Express or Lalamove)

You will be notified of the shipping quotation once your payment is confirmed.  This will be coordinated with a Mini Mall representative so please confirm with the team first before booking.

FedEx

You will be notified of the shipping quotation once your payment is confirmed.  Tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders have been shipped.

In-house rider

This will be coordinated with the Minim Mall Team so we can agree on a desired date and time of the delivery.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same day delivery to Metro Manila residents only via our in-house rider.Payment cut-off is until 2PM of the same day.For big items, Minimall Team will notify you of the additional quotation of your shipping fee once your order has been confirmed. Here are the estimated rates per area: 

  • Quezon City, Manila, Makati, Pateros – ₱500
  • Pasay, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque – ₱800
  • Navotas, Caloocan, Malabon, Valenzuela – ₱650
  • Marikina, San Juan, Pasig – ₱500

What type of vehicle do you use for delivery?

We have the following vehicles to cater to your needs:

  • Motor via JRS & in-house rider
  • Light Truck (L300) via in-house rider

When will I receive my orders?

We ship from Monday-Saturday, 12NN – 6PM.

  • For Domestic areas, you may expect your order/s within 2-3 business days.
  • For International areas, you may expect your order/s within 3-5 business days. 

What is the weight limit per shipping?

  • Motorcycle – 20 kg 
  • L300 – 1000 kg

How will I know if I exceeded the weight limit? How much will I pay for the excess shipping fee?

We will contact you once you exceed the weight limit and inform you for the additional cost via email and SMS

Can I change my address once I place my order?

Yes, you can change your delivery address but you have to contact us at shop@minimall.ph so our team can change it manually.

Products, Returns & Refunds

What are your policies regarding returns and refunds?

We have a No Return, No Exchange Policy

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipment.
  • We are not liable for delays from the shipment.

Are all products authentic and official?

MiniMall certifies that all items here are of quality and official, unless stated otherwise.

Do you accept reservations?

No. We do not accept reservations due to the limited availability.

I cannot find the item that I’m looking for. Will you sell this in the future?

We cannot guarantee that we will be selling it but you can make a suggestion and we will definitely consider it. Please email us at shop@minimall.ph with the subject line [ITEM REQUEST] + Store Name.

The item that I like is already sold out. Is there a chance that you will restock it?

We cannot guarantee that we will restock such items but let us know what you want by emailing us at shop@minimall.ph with the subject line [ITEM RESTOCK] + Store Name

Account

Do I need to register an account to order?

Yes, you have to sign in to your account before ordering.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click on the “Create account” tab on the upper right hand corner of the website.
  2. Input the necessary details then click “Create”
  3. Start shopping!

I’m worried about giving my personal information. Will these be kept private?

Of course. All of the personal information that you will be providing will only be used solely for us. We always protect and implement confidentiality.
