An exceptional and hand-made bourbon which is aged for around six years and sealed with a unique hand dipped red wax. Fruity and rich aromas of spiced honey, mixed peels, a bit of malmsey, hazelnut and toasty oak on the nose. Rich and full on the palate with rye and spice, barley malt, and mix of butterscotch and vanilla with a hint of nut oil. A sweet butterscotch and oak spice dryness to finish.
