  • For the payments, we only allow BDO bank/mobile transfer and deposit.

  1. Do you have deadlines for payment?
  • Yes, make sure to settle the payments within 2 banking days. Failure to comply will automatically cancel your order.

  • Our courier partner is JRS.
  1. How much is the shipping fee?
  • Shipping fee is 200.00
  1. Do you accept reservations?
  • No, as we only have limited stocks per items. 
  1. If the item that I want is not available at Mini Mall, can we request? If yes, where can we submit or send our request?
  • Yes, you can request merchandise. Send your request/s to our official pages. 
  1. Where can we find your store and your operating hours?
  • We are located at 2F, 28 Sgt. Esguerra Ave., Diliman, Quezon City. Landmarks are Le Reve and Cities Events Place. We are open from 11am to 8pm everyday.
